Will using FrontlineHQ jeopardize our c3 status?

Nonpartisan voter education, registration, and GOTV are permitted 501(c)(3) activities under IRS rules. FrontlineHQ gives you compliance-assistance controls — the AI compliance layer screens every send for candidate-endorsement language — and an exportable audit log to run those programs carefully. It does not provide legal advice, and your counsel makes the final call on your program.

What about the Johnson Amendment?

The compliance layer flags copy that names a candidate in a way that reads as support or opposition and shows you the line that tripped it before anything sends. It's a screening tool for your review — the legal judgment on whether a message crosses the line stays with you and your counsel.

Can we add multiple chapters or locals?

Yes. Each chapter or local gets its own tenant with its own roster, its own staff seats, and its own audit log. A national parent org can roll up reporting across all child tenants.

How does the AI know what's endorsement?

Two layers. First, a fast classifier does the pass/block call in under 100ms. Second, an LLM check runs on edge cases and logs its reasoning to the audit trail. Overrides are allowed with a justification, and every override is logged.
